The average listing price for homes for sale in Kure Beach NC was $533,965 for the week ending Feb 02, which represents a decrease of 3.1%, or $17,289, compared to the prior week.

What do these facts mean for owners and prospective buyers, for those “In the Know”? For owners we know by the prediction from the National Association of Realtors in January that home prices won’t get much lower.  Good News….  For prospective buyers this means time to buy!
