The median sales price for homes since Feb 11 to Apr 11 was $82,500 based on 9 home sales. Compared to the same period one year ago, the median home sales price decreased 24.3%, or $26,500. The last city is Rocky Point where the average price per square foot was $76, an increase of 8.6% compared to the same period last year. The median sales price for homes since Feb 11 to Apr 11 was $153,000 based on 18 home sales. Compared to the same period one year ago, the median home sales price increased 51.3%, or $51,850, and the number of home sales decreased 48.6%.
