In Kure Beach, there have been 80 single family homes to have SOLD in 2012 (as of 12/16/12). This compares to 75 for the same period in 2011.
The average sales price per square foot in 2012 for these homes is $188, compared to $199 in 2011.
Homes are selling a little quicker, with the average “days on market” at 198 for 2012, compared to 249 for 2011.
In Seawatch, there have been four homes to have SOLD in 2012, and two lots. Coastwalk Real Estate has been involved in 5 of the 6 deals.
We also have 197 Seawatch currently UNDER CONRACT.
