WHAT’S NEW at Ocean Dunes
· The 800 Building is going to be painted this month and through February of 2012.
· Important Dates to Remember:
January 1st- The Recreation Center will be closed in observance of New Years
January 17th- 10Am Presidents Advisory Committee meeting
Saturday January 21st- 10am Ocean Dunes HOA Board Meeting
Ocean Dune’s 2011 year end review
· The reconstruction project on the 500, 600, 700, and 1800 buildings was completed.
· The 2200 building was power washed.
· The painting of the 2200 building began in December.
· Several beach access walkways were replaced and/or repaired.
· The sand dunes in front of several buildings were rebuilt.
· Several benches around the property were rebuilt.
· The irrigation system in several sections of the property was repaired.
· Several fire extinguishers and fire extinguisher boxes were replaced.
· The Ocean Dunes work truck was made operational.
· The heater and filter were replaced on the spa.
· Repairs were completed to the inside indoor pool room walls and on the backside wall of the Recreation Center building.
· Repairs were completed to the Men’s and Women’s restroom walls at the Recreation Center.
· The indoor pool room light fixtures were repaired and re-hung.
· A new treadmill was purchased for the gym.
· A new television was purchased for the gym.
· Both of the main light fixtures in the Men’s and Women’s restrooms were replaced at the Recreation center.
· A stone wall was constructed at the Recreation Center.
· The stone walkway beside the Gazebo at the Recreation Center was replaced.
· The Recreation Center interior was repainted.
· The landscaping at the Recreation center was upgraded.
· The Ocean Dune’s playground sand and some playground equipment were replaced.
· All three heating and air units were replaced at the Recreation Center.
· A large section of the concrete walkway in front of the Recreation Center was replaced.
· The gazebo next to the Recreation Center was painted.
· The US Flag and the flag lighting were replaced at the Recreation Center.
