I just wanted to give you a heads up of the upcoming rate change effective July 1st for the NCIUA/ NCJUA (wind policies). For coastal counties there will be an 8.9% increase and for the barrier island beach territories the increase will be 19.8%. If you have a closing at the end of June that may get moved back, please let me know so that we can bind coverage prior to 7-1 to avoid this rate increase.
