DECEMBER COUNCIL MEETING
The December Council meeting has been rescheduled from Tuesday, December 20, to Monday, December 5, 2011. At this meeting, new Council members will be sworn in and take office, and there will be a reception following. Please join us.
TOWN HALL CLOSING EARLY ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 23
Town Hall will close at noon on Wednesday, November 23, to allow employees to attend an employee recognition luncheon and have the rest of the day off.

KURE BEACH CHRISTMAS FANTASY SHOW DECEMBER 9, 10 & 11
Bring your family and friends (especially any little ones you've got) to hear your favorite Christmas songs and see Santa, Rudolph, Frosty and others. This year's shows will be held on Friday, Saturday and SUNDAY, December 9, 10 & 11 at 7:00 pm, with a 6:30 pm pre-show performed by the bluegrass band, South of K. As always, the stage will be on K Avenue near the pier. Don't miss this little slice of Americana!
TOYS FOR TOTS TENNIS MIXER – DECEMBER 10
There will be a “Toys for Tots” Tennis Mixer at the tennis courts at Joe Eakes Park on Saturday, December 10 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The entry fee is a donation to Toys for Tots. The format is doubles mixer with timed rounds of progressive partner doubles. Advanced registration is required and all levels are welcome. Maximum number of entries is 20, so please register ASAP. FY10-11 AUDIT
Bernard Robinson & Company presented Town Council with the audit for Fiscal Year 2010-2011. The audit may be viewed on the Town’s website under Departments>Finance>Review Budget.
